Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on items that are defective or damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality, please contact us and we will provide a return address along with a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You entered an incorrect or insufficient shipping address

  • You request a refund after the allowed time window

You must submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired.

The return address shown on your package or packing slip may differ from the one listed here. This is due to Printful’s internal fulfillment process.
Please contact us before returning any item, and follow the return instructions we give you to avoid delays or loss.


Additional Information

  • For hygiene reasons, face masks and similar sealed goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size orders.

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size, a new order must be placed at your expense.
